Good morning and welcome back to a new Tech Tip Tuesday. Today’s Tech Tip is going to be about email signatures in Outlook on the Windows 11 version.

How to upload the signature in Outlook?
An email signature is a place where you can put your name, email, phone number, etc, It will show up on every email that you write to a person.
You can make a professional signature by using software like Canva.com. There is a lot of design software out there that you can use. Canava is my favorite design software to use. To create an email signature type in the search field email signature to bring up templates. Next, select a template that you want to use or create your own from scratch. Then, follow the prompts to create one. Now that you’ve created it, press the share button to download it which is located at the top right corner.
Now that you’ve created your signature, you are going to upload your email signature in Microsoft Outlook. To do this, open Outlook on your computer. Next, click on the file icon in the top left corner of your screen. Then, a menu will pop up, and click the options icon in the bottom left corner. Then click on the mail tab located on the left-hand side menu. scroll down until you see the signatures icon. Now, click on Create New. Then, upload your file. Click on save located at the bottom right corner of your screen. You have successfully created and uploaded an email signature to Microsoft Outlook.
