Good morning and welcome back to a new Tech Tip Tuesday. Today’s Tech Tip will be talking about how to track water in the Apple Health app.

How To Access The Water Tracking Feature?

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.

  2. You will land on the home Summary page.

  3. Scroll down until you see Show All Health Data, click on that.

  4. Scroll down until you see the Water Tab.

How To Log A Glass Of Water In The Health App?

  1. Navigate to the water section.

  2. On the top right on your screen click on Add Data.

  3. Type the Date, Time, and Ounces that you drink at that time.

  4. Click on Add on the top right of your screen?
