Good morning and welcome back to a new Tech Tip Tuesday. Today’s Tech Tip will be talking about Apple Health Trends. They are located in the Apple Health app, not the Fitness app.

  • What are Apple Trends?

  • How do I get access to Apple Trends?

Trends are based on how your metrics have moved over the last 90 days as compared to the last 365 days.

  1. Open the Apple Health app on your iPhone

  2. You are going to land on a summary page. Scroll down till you see Show All Health Trends.

  3. Click on it

  4. Finally, you will land on the Health Trends page. This is where you can view all your health trends.

Here is a list the type of data you will find on this page.

  • Active Energy

  • Exercise Minutes

  • Flight Climbed

  • Resting Heart Rate

  • Sleep

  • Stand Hours

  • Steps

  • Walking + Running Distance

  • Walking Hart Rate Average

  • Workout
