Better Knowledge Better Service

Good morning and welcome to a new Tech Tip Tuesday. Today’s Tech tip is going to be about offline working for Microsoft apps. Below you will find the things that will talk about in today’s Tech Tip.

  • What is working offline?

  • How to set up offline work on Word, Excel, and, PowerPoint?

First, we are going to talk about how working offline works. Working offline is how you keep everything in One Drive and work on the go without having Wifi. The only downside to this is you have to make that Word Doc, Excel workbook, or PowerPoint presentation offline access is turned on. If you need help with figuring out this step please click the button below to call us or book an appointment.

Next, we will talk about how to set up Offline working. To set up offline working just open the Word Doc, Excel workbook, or PowerPoint presentation > Then, make the edits that you need to.>Next, once you get back on WiFi it will upload the edits that you made earlier to the cloud.
