Good morning and welcome to Georgia for Tech Tip Tuesday. Today’s Tip will be about Microsoft Forms. More specifically how to make a form within Microsoft Forms. Below you will find all of the things that we will talk about today.
How to open Mircosoft Forms?
How to create a new Form/Quiz?
How to rename your form?
How to change the style of your form?
How to collect responses?
First, we will go over how to open Microsoft Forms. First, go to your browser.>Next, click on the button below to go to the Microsoft Forms website.
Once, you follow that button you will land on a page that looks like the picture below.
Next, click on Buy now, try for free or, already have a Microsoft account sign in. Finally, you will land on the home page where you will see one of the forms that you’ve created in the past or it might be empty.
Next, we will talk about how to create a new form or quiz. First, go to your home page.>Next, in the top-lift corner of your home page.
Now we are going to talk about how to name a form. First, open a new form.> Next, on the top of the form click on the untitled form.>Then, type in the name of your form.
Now, we will talk about how to add an assortment of different questions. To add any questions or sections underneath the title click on the button add new.
To change the style of your form go to the top right of your screen.>Next, click on styles. There is a wide selection of styles to choose from.
Finally, will talk about how to collect responses. First, go to the form that you want to collect responses from.>Next, click on the button that says collect responses. Then, choose one of the options to share your form with people. To see those responses go to the responses tab at the top lift of your screen.
