What is Microsoft OneDrive?

Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud storage service that allows you to store and access your files, photos, videos, and other important data from anywhere. You can use it on various devices, including PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. OneDrive also enables real-time collaboration on documents like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

How to download Microsoft OneDrive?

1. Go to the Microsoft OneDrive download page: You can find it here.

2. Choose your device: Select whether you want to download the app for PC, Mac, iOS, or Android.

3. Click on the download link: Once you've selected your device, click on the appropriate download link.

4. Install the app: Follow the installation instructions for your specific device.

How to add your account to Microsoft OneDrive to access your OneDrive on your desktop?

1. Open OneDrive: Click on the OneDrive icon in your system tray (usually at the bottom right corner of your screen) and select "Open OneDrive Folder".

2. Sign In: If you’re not already signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account.

3. Add Account: If you want to add another account (e.g., a work or school account), click on the OneDrive icon again, then select the "Help & Settings" icon (usually a gear icon), and choose "Settings".

4. Account Tab: In the settings menu, go to the "Account" tab.

5. Add an Account: Click on "Add an account" and follow the prompts to sign in with the additional account.

   Once you’ve added your account, you’ll be able to access your OneDrive files from your desktop.
