Good morning and welcome to a new Tech Tip Tuesday. Today’s Tech Tip will be about Battery Life for Apple devices only. More specifically how to save for phone from draining battery and how to keep your battery in the 90% range. Below you will find all of the things that we will talk about today.

We have a lot to cover in today’s Tech Tip. So, let not wasted any time instead let’s get right into it.

First, to make your battery last longer make you can have the auto brightness on. To turn on this feature there are 2 ways to do so. The first way is to go to settings.>Next, scroll down till you the tab that’s called Accessibility. >After that, click on Display & Text Size.>Next, scroll all the way down to the bottom till you see the text that’s called Auto-Brightness. That’s the first you can do it. The next way that you can do it is simply by asking Siri to turn it on. To ask Siri say “Hey Siri, turn on Auto-Brightness. That’s how you make your iPhone last longer.

Next, we are going to talk about Battery Capacity on your iPhone. Battery Capacity is a measure of battery capacity relative to when it was new. Lower capacity may result in fewer hours of usage between charges.

To check your Battery Capacity. Go to your Settings on your iPhone.>Next, scroll down till the tab named Battery.>Then, click on Battery Hea;the & Charing.>Fanally, look at the section that says Maximum Capacity.

Optimizing your battery charging can be changed go to settings.>next, scroll down to Battery. Then, Click on Battery Health &Charging. To reduce battery aging, iPhone learns from your daily charing routne so it can wait to finish charging past 80% untill you need to use it.

Lastly, we will be discussing how to turn on clean energy charging. To get to Clean Energy Chrning. Go to settings.>Next, scroll down to Battery.>Then, click on Battery Health & Charing. > Finally, turn on Clean Energy Charning. Clean energy charging will try to reduce your carbon footprint by selecting charging when lower carbon emission electricity is available. iPhone learns from your daily charging routine so it can reach full charge before you need to use it.
