Good morning and welcome back to a new Tech Tip Tuesday. Today’s Tech Tip will be talking about Apple Calendar.

What is Apple Calendar?

Apple Calendar is a way for you to organize your upcoming events, appointments, holidays, or birthdays.

How to connect a Google Calendar?

First, Open your settings on your iPhone. Next, type in the search bar “Calendar. Then, scroll down until you see the calendar tab that has the calendar icon NOT A CLOUD ICON. Finally, Click on Add Accounts then click on Google then follow the Google prompts.

How to connect a Microsoft Outlook Calendar?

First, Open your settings on your iPhone. Next, Type in the search bar “Calendar. Then, scroll down until you see the calendar tab that has the calendar icon NOT A CLOUD ICON. Finally, Click on Add Accounts then click on Outlook then follow the Outlook prompts.

How to make sure you are on the right calendar and not an other calendar?

First, Open the Calendar App on your iPhone. Next, on the button middle of your screen called Calendars. Finally, Uncheck or check the calendars that you want to see.

How to share an event with someone?

First, open your Calendar on your phone. Next, create an event like normal. If this is your first time using Apple Calendar app I will walk you through how to do so. First, go to the top right of your screen then click on the + icon to create a new event. Next, once you have filled in the required info scroll down till you see Invitees. Finally, in the breach bar type the people's name, Phone Number, or, Email, and then click the + icon to confirm then click Add. It will be added to your calendar as well as the person you are sending the invitation to.
